Refund policy
At Emotionland, we sell digital products such as downloadable resources, worksheets, and educational materials. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are considered final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
No Returns or Refunds for Digital Products
As our products are non-tangible, digital goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once the purchase is completed and access to the file has been granted.
This policy is in place to protect our content and intellectual property from unauthorized distribution.
Exceptions – EU Customers (14-Day Withdrawal Right)
Under the European Union’s consumer protection laws, if you are a customer residing in the EU, you may have the right to withdraw from the purchase of digital content within 14 days only if the download or access has not yet started.
By completing a purchase on our website and accessing or downloading your digital product, you:

Expressly agree to waive your right of withdrawal, and

Acknowledge that access begins immediately and refunds are no longer applicable once delivery starts.
This aligns with Directive (EU) 2011/83 and Digital Content Directive (EU) 2019/770.
Problems with Access or File Errors
If you experience any technical issue with your download (e.g. broken file, corrupted content, or delivery failure), please contact us immediately at welcome@emotionland.com. We will make every effort to ensure you receive the product you purchased in working condition.
